Requirements:

• High-level knowledge of UK employment legislation.

• Good judgment and decision-making skills.


• Ability to motivate and coach employees to reach performance goals.


• Degree in Human Resource Management from an accredited institution.


• Degree educated, CIPD desireable.


• Retail background.
