The business is now seeking a Lettings Administrator
As a Lettings Administrator you will be providing full administrative support to the Lettings team, based within our London network.
The role will involve: providing full administrative support to the Lettings team, producing new tenancy agreements and providing administration support of new tenancy files from the point of offer to completion; liaising with landlords and tenants to ensure the process runs smoothly along with terminations; marketing & canvassing; collating and processing invoices and providing excellent customer service at all times.
It is essential to have: a professional approach; comprehensive understanding of MS Word, Excel, & Outlook; an excellent standard of communication; be extremely customer focused; along with administration experience and the ability to work well in a team environment with excellent attention to detail.
