Office Assitant - RS Worldwide Ltd - Ilford IG1


RS Worldwide leading Hospitality Management Company is looking for hard-working and dedicated Office Assistant to our friendly and dynamic team; to support and assist in the day to day business development. This is the perfect job for someone who is passionate about what they do, keen and capable of offering excellent business development strategies with a willingness to adapt to a constantly changing market.


You will take pride in all tasks which will cover areas of Business, Marketing and general company administration.


This is part time position, will suit someone with a personal approach and a willingness to succeed you will love being part of a creative and driven company.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Preparation of documentation, spread sheets

  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence on a daily basis

  • Willing to visit at different sites of our clients whenever required.

  • Answering, screening and dealing with telephone calls for both managers

  • Dealing with day to day requirements during the absence of the managers

  • General office duties including photocopying and shredding of confidential information as and when required

Person specification:


  • Strong administrative skills within an international organisation

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Enthusiastic, self-starter with a keen attention to detail

  • First class organisational and confidentiality skills, with particular attention to document maintenance

  • Good IT literacy is essential

  • Driven and flexible individual with willingness to adapt and use own initiative

  • Hands on approach is required as individual needs to be able to take initiative and be able to flag issues before they arise

  • Must be able to build good working networks with PA teams in regions

  • Good sense of humour and ability to deal with individuals at all levels

  • Ability to work as part of a hardworking and dedicated team
