Operations Analyst - Benchmark / Commodities

A leading financial services firm based in The City are looking for an Operations Analyst to join the business. The successful candidate must have a good understanding of money markets, precious metals and other financial market instruments. Middle Office Operations experience is essential for this role.

Key responsibilities include:

Daily production and management of benchmarks

The integrity of the data needs to be verified and quickly turned around to ensure timely publication of market sensitive information

Carrying out daily systems readiness checks

Carrying out daily processes for ensuring smooth and timely production of benchmarks

Applying operational oversight to processes and procedures, including any dependencies on third parties

Operating the metals auction system

Contributing to continuous improvement of processes and controls.
