Programme Manager Regeneration

PROGRAMME MANAGER (REGENERATION) REQUIRED

LOCATION: LONDON

START DATE: DECEMBER 2015

DAILY RATE: UP TO £450 PER DAY

My client is looking for an experienced Programme manager to manage and lead delivery of the Council’s regeneration programme and suite of delivery projects across the borough’s town centres.

The Successful Candidate will have to:

• Manage budget and provide accurate financial, programme and risk reporting within an agreed reporting schedule.

• Maximise investment, promotion and growth of the borough’s town centres by liaising with land owners, developers and external funding sources to develop schemes for Council and third party assets.


• Management of a team of project officers, consultant and contractor teams ensuring all relevant project information is provided to meet internal reporting requirements.
