We have long been recognised as one of the most established and prestigious business schools in the UK, with over 40 years’ experience of developing business leaders. We are a Financial Times’ top 40 school and triple accredited by EQUIS, AMBA and AACSB. We are known for excellence in leadership development, deep-rooted relationships with organisations of all kinds, and our focus on transforming learning and research into improved management practice.
We have a long tradition of excellent teaching and rigorous, highly relevant research in Leadership and Organisational Behaviour. We deliver core and elective Leadership and Organisational Behaviour modules on a range of Masters programmes including the Masters of Business Administration. We also focus on delivering high impact executive education either through open programmes such as Women as Leaders, and the Director as Strategic Leader or through customised programmes where we build strategic capability with international clients in both the private and public sector.
Reporting to the Director of Community, you will have a doctorate in a relevant discipline and a strong record of publishing in leading journals in the field. You may also have been successful in securing research funding for your activities. We are particularly interested to hear from candidates with experience in post-graduate and post-experience level teaching.
Cranfield values industrial experience and therefore candidates who have practical experience of working in roles related to international organisational behaviour will have an advantage. We are looking for a high level of analytical capability, as well as team player skills and the ability to engage with senior managers in a variety of organisations.
