Established since 1999, our client is a quality focused recruitment agency who specialise exclusively in the niche Security market. They provide security professionals across the global security industry and pride themselves on the high quality service they deliver to their candidates and clients.

They are looking to welcome on board a number of Recruitment Consultants to rekindle long standing client relationships whilst continuously developing new business. The ideal candidate will be a pro-active individual with a real can do attitude and the drive to succeed.

Requirements:

• Setting strategy and developing a business plan


• Arranging, attending and managing business meetings


• Negotiating around permanent and contract rates within company/team guidelines


• Vertical market awareness


• Headhunting and candidate generation


• Liaising and communicating with clients


• Searching for candidates across all mediums

You must have:

• 1+ year Recruitment agency experience


• A mature attitude


• A high standard of computer literacy


• Good interpersonal skills with personal authority


• Strong communication skills both written and oral
