The Role of a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Writing adverts


• Sourcing candidates


• Lead generation


• Business development


• Candidate screening and interviews


• Client meetings

Candidate Requirements

• Have a strong academic background (2:2 or above at University, A’s and B’s at A level)


• Have a positive, can do attitude and a desire to be successful


• Are articulate, outgoing and highly financially motivated


• Can work effectively within a team


• Sales experience isn’t required but is preferred


• School leavers will be considered if business to business sales experience
