Receptionist and Office Coordinator - Coca-Cola London Eye - Westminster

It’s not just our brilliant front of house teams that are key to the success of our top London visitor attractions – an exciting opportunity to join our team as Receptionist and Office Coordinator has arisen!

About the role


Located at the London Midway Attractions County Hall offices, as Receptionist and Office Coordinator you will be the first face that our visitors, clients and Board members see. Reporting to the PA to the Divisional Director & Cluster Director you will support our various departments, board members and visitors to our offices through a range of duties and tasks. You will maintain and update the room booking system, set up and clear down meeting rooms, ensuring that refreshments have been provided where necessary. You will answer the Business Enquiries line, handling basic enquiries regarding our London Attractions and diverting all other calls to the relevant colleague or department. Assisting visitors (including Merlin Board Members) with any printing, refreshment and or lunch requests, you will ensure that the offices has everything that it may need (from tea and coffee to stationary) to keep running smoothly. You will assist with the clerical/secretarial duties of all administration departments, as and when required and will also respond to all charity ticket requests via letter/email based on set guidelines. You will also be required to provide basic assistance to the Divisional Director & Cluster Director in their PA’s absence.


This is a full time, permanent role, based upon working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, although some flexibility around key demands will be required.

As a motivated, approachable and engaging person, you’ll constantly demonstrate our core values. With proven administration or reception based experience, you will be passionate about providing excellent internal guest service. You will have an outstanding level of attention to detail, exceptional problem solving skills, a professional manner (both on the phone and in person) and the ability to communicate at all levels. Naturally, you will have a confident and pro-active outlook and be able to use your own initiative, coupled with strong Microsoft office experience.
