Finance Analyst

We are currently recruiting a Commercial Finance Analyst role for a PLC business based in Central London. This is a newly created role that has been created due to an internal promotion and will report into the Head of Commercial Finance. As Finance Analyst the role will support the Board in all aspects of Commercial Finance such as delivering accurate budgets and forecasts and providing detailed financial reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities will include;

* Support the business by identifying financial risks and opportunities and providing margin, cost and KPI analytics with appropriate commentary

* Effectively manage profit and loss accounts making sure all information is accurate, complete and delivered within the timeframes set

* Sensitivity, trend and variance analysis

* Remuneration planning and reviews

* Return on Investment calculations and analysis

* Pricing analysis for new opportunities

* Contract negotiations and reviews

This is a high profile role that will support the Board and as such requires a candidate with a strong academic pedigree who has recently qualified with first-time passes. They will possess strong commercial acumen and have excellent IT skills. This could be an ideal role for an ACA Newly-Qualified who is looking to make their first move into industry.
